5 Different Ways to Decorate Bath Bombs

We’re here to provide you with some new creative inspiration

With a few special techniques, you can add unique finishes that will wow customers and make your bath bombs stand out from the crowd. Here’s a quick guide on some popular decoration techniques.

Handpainting

Handpainting bath bombs allows you to add intricate designs, personalised touches and unique colour patterns.

By using small paintbrushes, you can paint designs directly onto dried bath bombs with our micas, dyes and pigments. This technique gives you precision, making it ideal for creating details like floral patterns or abstract designs.

Airbrushing

Airbrushing is perfect for smooth, even colour coverage and gradient effects.

Using your chosen machine, apply a thin layer of colour to your bath bombs, giving them a soft, blended appearance. This technique can create beautiful, professional results and is great for bulk production or for adding an elegant, ombre effect.

Glow-in-the-Dark Pigments

Adding Glow-in-the-Dark Pigments to your bath bombs is a fun way to make them extra exciting, especially for children. These pigments charge in natural or artificial light and emit a soft glow, creating a unique bath-time experience.

Neon Non-Bleed Pigments

For bold, vivid colours that won’t bleed, try using Neon Non-Bleed Pigments. These pigments retain their sharp colours and won’t run, allowing you to create crisp, multicoloured designs without worrying about colours mixing over time.

Glitters

Add some sparkle to your bath bombs with our choice of glitters to create a beautiful shimmer that catches the eye. These glitters dissolve in water, making them eco-friendly and safe for skin. They can be used with an airbrush gun, a paintbrush, used in a dry powder pump bottle or even easily sprayed from a spray bottle without clogging nozzles.
