What to Expect Once You’ve Purchased an Assessment

You’ve purchased your first assessment. Now what?

One hurdle that can get in the way of a customer purchasing an assessment they’ve been eyeing up is the uncertainty of what’s to follow after clicking “buy now”.

But lucky for us, that hurdle is one that can be easily jumped. Here’s what you can expect once you’ve purchased an assessment.

Once you have paid for your assessment, our website will redirect you to an area where you can download the recipe for the product specified. Ideally, it is best to be on your computer or laptop so you can save these files to your desktop and view them clearly, however, you can also use a mobile if that’s your preferred device.

When you have the recipe, you can have a practice run at making your products. You can also prepare your labels, register with the portal and start creating your PIF file.

After purchasing your assessment, please complete a submission form online at www.soakrochford.co.uk/assessment-submission-form.

Then, during office hours, we will manually forward your completed form to our safety assessor who will generate the report and email it back. The report can take up to 4 weeks to be returned, however, we will always aim to have them back much sooner.

After you’ve received your form back, you’ll have legal permission to create and sell your products within the UK and EU.

We encourage customers to email us at [email protected] with any questions before ordering, as refunds will be difficult to issue as this listing is classed as digital goods which means the total amount of your refund could differ depending on how far along your order is.
