Our customers (or Soakies as we like to call them) are at the heart of everything we do here at Soak Rochford.

And because we started out as cosmetic creators ourselves, we completely understand what is important when it comes to running a small manufacturing business, which is why we always aim to go above and beyond for our customers.

Sometimes it’s unavoidable that there is something that you either haven’t got or have run out of. This can cause serious panic, especially if you have a deadline for a retail or wholesale order.

Because we know that your time is precious, we aim to get orders sent out that very same day so that you can finish your products in a hurry. 

Facebook Support Group

Our Soak Rochford Facebook Support Group is now home to a community of over 4,000 Soakies. 

Here, cosmetic creators come together to share advice, creative inspiration, discuss business practices and much more. It’s a fun and safe space for like-minded people to meet others in the same industry. 

Regular Promotions

Everyone loves a good deal, which is why we regularly show our appreciation to both new and longstanding customers in the form of promotions. 

This could be a 5% discount code just because, or £10 off a particular collection to celebrate its launch. It’s always worth keeping an eye out in our group and on our socials for the latest deals…

Top Tips and Advice

Not only do our Soakies love to help each other out in our Facebook Group, but Soak’s owner, Jay Rochford, is also very active, as well as our two wonderful admins: Debbie and Jess.

All three always share insightful tips and advice to help you get the most out of your cosmetic creation journey with Soak Rochford in the form of posts, how-to videos and detailed live streams.
