We’re so proud of the hardworking, passionate team who help to make Soak Rochford one of the most efficient, supportive and high-quality suppliers on the market. 

And because we strongly believe that it’s the people who make Soak what it is, we’d like to introduce them to you below.

Soak HQ: 

Company director, Jay Rochford, is the brains behind the entire Soak Rochford operation. Jay used to create in his spare time before the lack of high-quality ingredients on the market inspired him to make a change. Alongside caring for his many animals, being a landlord and being in the process of setting up a charity with Lee, Jay has brought Soak Rochford to life: a company that has become so much more than a supplier for thousands of other makers.

General Manager Charlene is at the heart of all things Soak Rochford. Her organisation, reliability and work ethic are just a few of her personality traits that enable her to keep Soak ticking like a well-oiled machine. 

Marketing Manager Lillie is still part of the Soak HQ team but has been based in Phuket, Thailand since relocating with her husband last July. There, you’ll either find her working in a local cafe, pedalling away in spin class or on the beach boosting her tan, beer and book in hand. Any social post, advert, blog or email you see from us has been lovingly created by her.

Warehouse Operative Rory is very passionate about the planet and everything in it. He spends a lot of time walking and being generally close to nature. Rory can be quite chatty and loves to learn more about people.

Warehouse Operative Robert enjoys online gaming and is fascinated with Japan. He even started to teach himself Japanese! Robert has a very dry sense of humour but comes out with the best one-liners!

Our Facebook Group wouldn’t be what it is today without the help of our Admin, Debbie. From hosting competitions to offering her expert advice, Debbie ensures that the group is a thriving and valuable place for creators.

Our Moderators, Clare and Ray, are always working hard behind the scenes to make sure our Facebook group is a safe, kind and welcoming space for cosmetic creators to connect with other like-minded individuals.
