As some of you will already know, things are a little different behind the scenes at Soak right now, and for the best reason!
Jay and Lee have welcomed the arrival of their beautiful baby girl, Eliza Rose Rochford. Born just before 5pm on 10th Nov 2025, weighing 8lbs and 8oz:
They’re going to be spending some precious time together as their perfect, little family of three, which means customer service might be a little slower than usual for the next few weeks.
Soak has always prided itself on quick responses and hands-on help for makers, but as Jay takes on his new role as ‘dad’ and the boys keep the warehouse running smoothly, replies to emails and messages may take a little longer than normal.
❗️Dispatch will continue daily as usual, so your orders are still in safe hands.
If you’re waiting on a reply or need quick advice, pop your question in the Soak Rochford Makers Community group on Facebook. Our lovely group admin, Debbie Wright, with and other longstanding, experienced Soakies, will be happy to help share tips and solutions.
When things settle, Jay will be running some special promotions over the next month as a thank you for everyone’s patience, so keep your eyes peeled for updates and baby announcements.
