Our non bleed pigments conform to the European Cosmetic Safety Regulations and are perfect for use in Soaps.
You can also use them to paint details onto bath bombs!
The powder works best once it has been “Charged” in the light for a few minutes before testing in the dark.
Natural light will charge them much better than a lightbulb- however it will work too
