Ivory Liquid Wax Dye

Offering a rich depth of colour, our potent, industrial strength wax dyes are unbeatable for creating bespoke candles and wax melts. Manufactured to yield stunning results, this dye requires only a gentle mix to create an even colour and stirs in well – leaving no particles behind. Simply add a few drops to your melted wax until you have achieved the desired result.

Estimated dosages are supplied on the bottle and will be heavily dependent on which shade you are looking to create, which wax you have used and which fragrances or additives you have included. For an off white shade like Ivory, we recommend a starting concentration of 0.0004%.

Our liquid wax dyes are supplied in small bottles with a small opening to give you total control. A 10ml bottle of our dye can colour anywhere from 20 kg – 250 kg of wax (shade depending, and on the basis of using the recommended starting concentration.

Starting concentrations guide:
Off white colours like Ivory – 0.0004%,
Pastel Colours such as Peach or Pink- 0.02%,
Medium Shades such as Red, Yellow, Blue, Green – 0.2%,
Dark Shades- 0.4%,
Black 0.6%

*Black and Red are notoriously difficult colours to achieve in wax. Our dyes make them simple but you will need to use more in those colours to achieve a shade true to form*
